Instrumentation science and Technology

1.Education Objectives

Candidates are required to support the Party’s basic line, love our motherland, be law-abiding and of good virtue, own rigorous style of study, with professionalism and team spirit, and be determined to devote themselves to the cause of socialist modernization construction.

Candidates should master the comprehensive grasp of basic theories and systematic specialized knowledge in the discipline concerned, with the ability of being engaged in the modern science and technology researches and undertaking specialized technology tasks independently. Particularly, candidates should obtain the ability of using learned theories and expertise knowledge flexibly in the field of relevant subjects.

Master at least one kind of foreign language; with the general operation and use ability of computers.

Be in good health.

2.Duration of the Program

2.5 years for full-time master candidates.

The period of study for masters generally is less than 6 years.

3.Main Interests

Precision Instruments and Machinery (sub-disciplines)

Main Interests: Modern Design Methods for Precision Instruments and Machinery, Modern Testing and Sensing Technology, Micromechanics and Special Robot Technology.
